Product Questions

Are your toys safe for puppies?

Absolutely! Our toys are made from durable yet gentle materials, designed to be kind on sensitive gums and growing teeth. They’re sized to help prevent choking hazards. We always recommend supervising play, especially with young puppies.

Do your toys work for strong chewers?

Our toys are built to withstand regular chewing and play. However, no toy is completely indestructible. For very determined chewers, monitor use and remove the toy if it shows excessive wear or damage.

Will these toys damage my home during play?

Our toys are lightweight and flexible to help minimise scuffs, scratches, or dents. They’re great for indoor play even in apartments or homes with delicate floors and furniture.

How should I clean the toys?

Wash with warm water and a mild dish soap, then rinse thoroughly and allow to air-dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or high heat, as these may damage the toy.

Materials & Quality

Do you offer a warranty?

We stand by the quality of our toys. While they’re designed to last, normal wear and tear is to be expected. If you believe you’ve received a faulty product, contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can help.

What’s your safety advice for playtime?

Always supervise your dog when playing with any toy. Remove the toy immediately if it becomes damaged, as small parts could pose a choking hazard.

Where are your toys made?

Our toys are designed in Australia and made by trusted manufacturing partners who meet our strict quality and safety standards.

Orders & Shipping

I ordered a Pre-order item. What happens now? 

By placing a pre-order item/s, your entire order will be shipped when all products become available. Which is usually no later than 30 days. (If you urgently need a product that is in stock before the pre-order item is available, please place two separate orders).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2-8 business days Australia-wide. International shipping times vary depending on your location. We will send you relevant tracking numbers once your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once you have finalised your order you will receive tracking information within 48 hours. Unless you have ordered a ‘Pre-order’ item and in that case, you will receive the tracking information once Item(s) have been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $9.95 per order. We offer free shipping for orders over $75.


Standard international shipping (including tracking) is calculated at checkout.

Support & Returns

What if my dog destroys the toy?

We craft toys to withstand everyday chewing, but recognize that overly aggressive chewers may wear them down. If the toy is damaged, discontinue use and discard it immediately to prevent safety risks.
